LCW was recently awarded the contract to deliver the City and Hackney Home Visiting service. It went live on November 2 and will be delivering an Out of Hours offering for the registered resident, commuter and visitor populations in the two London boroughs. Up to 80 visits are expected per month.
Calls will largely be directed to the service from the North East London 111/Integrated Urgent Care provider, the London Ambulance Service.
During the first six weeks of the contract go-live, LCW will meet weekly with Commissioners to review demand and quality of referrals.
